2. The Cogito Engagement Monitoring Service (Beta). This service automatically processes normal telephone calls and assesses member/customer engagement levels on an on-going basis to predict future follow-through.

3. The Cogito Consulting Service. This service helps organizations optimize telephone-intensive business processes by extracting objective biologically-based data that can be used to identify successful strategies for achieving customer and client outcomes.
